(KNSI/AP) - Prosecutors have charged a man with burglarizing a Wisconsin home where a couple was killed and their 13-year-old daughter went missing, but authorities say he's not a suspect in the case.

Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald says 32-year-old Kyle Jaenke-Annis was arrested over the weekend at the home of James and Denise Closs.

According to the criminal complaint, Jaenke-Annis got in through an unlocked patio door. His presence was discovered by motion activated cameras set up outside the property.

When police got there, they say Jaenke-Annis allegedly brought with him a flashlight, gloves, and a ski mask, and admitted he took things from the inside of the house that didn't belong to him including a dress, a tank top and a pair underwear; items that police say all belong to Jayme.

Investigators say Jaenke-Annis told them he took things no one would miss and that he was curious about what size Jayme was. They say Jaenke-Annis also works at the same Jennie-O turkey plant as Jayme's parents.

James and Denise Closs were found shot to death early on October 15 and their daughter, Jayme, was missing. Authorities believe Jayme was abducted, and she has been ruled out as a suspect in her parents' killings.

Fitzgerald did not say why Jaenke-Annis was cleared of any involvement in Jayme's disappearance. He allegedly already has a criminal history in Wisconsin. Court records say Jaenke-Annis was also charged with burglary in August of 2018, and misdemeanor theft in 2011.

Jaenke-Annis is due in court regarding the alleged Closs burglary November 7.
