Det. Victor Falcon NYPD Sgt. Ann Marie Guerra

A NYPD sergeant accused of trying to stuff her soiled underwear into a male detective’s mouth laughed off the Daily News’ exclusive report of her alleged misdeeds when she came into work Monday, a source said.

When she signed in for work with the 72nd Precinct detective squad, Sgt. Ann Marie Guerra even joked that she should have “signed in with her panties,” the source said.

“Everybody laughed,” according to the source.

Her flippant remarks come as Police Commissioner James O’Neill condemned her alleged actions.

"We have an expectation in the NYPD that everyone act professionally,” O’Neill said Tuesday, speaking at a Citizens Crime Commission breakfast in Midtown. He said the case is currently under investigation by the department’s Equal Employment Opportunity office.

Detective Victor Falcon filed an EEO against Guerra, claiming that after he complained to Sgt. Guerra about how she regularly left her underwear — including a lacy thong — lying around the unisex locker room at the 72nd Precinct Detective Squad offices, the 38-year-old cop snapped.

She ran over and rubbed dirty panties on his face in an apparent attempt to force them into his mouth, according to the complaint.

“They are f---ing clean!” she screamed at the time.

The fabric went into the detective’s open mouth, the suit claims

But some sources said Guerra didn’t put her underwear in Falcon’s mouth but may have put it to his nose so he could smell them.

A photo given to the Daily News shows that the two may not have always been at odds.

The picture, taken at a Halloween party, shows Falcon posing with Guerra while wearing a wig and holding what appears to be a dildo up to his crotch. (Click here to see the uncensored photo)

A source said Falcon was attending the party as a “Little D---” in a stab against Guerra who had repeatedly commented on the size of his manhood.

Guerra is the squad room’s second-in-command and is responsible for approving overtime and changing detectives’ shifts.

In addition to the alleged panty raid on his face, Falcon claimed Guerra had repeatedly denied his shift-change requests so he could make court custody hearings about his autistic son, sources who have seen the document said. Falcon also claimed that Guerra had delayed approving his overtime requests, sources said.

So far, Guerra hasn’t been hit with any departmental charges and remains on full duty.

Falcon’s attorney Paul Liggieri wants to know why neither Guerra nor Falcon were removed from the 72nd Precinct when the EEO complaint was made.

“(Guerra) should have been disciplined immediately and yet a hostile work environment is still created because she is working with him every day and they are still in the same precinct,” said Liggieri, who has represented a number of city employees in workplace harassment cases. “There should really be a call for new policies in New York City that would allow these officers to make protective complaints without being retaliated.”

Some colleagues have described Guerra as a “bullying man-hater” who often makes fun of the size of her male colleagues’ manhood.

Yet others who worked with her were stunned by the accusations made against the Staten Island mother of two.

“She’s very salty — like a sailor who’s been on leave for the first time in six months, but so are most guys,” said one NYPD officer who worked with Guerra in the past. “It’s the police department. It’s not IBM.”

“I’ve worked with her but I never felt emasculated,” the officer added. “But she is very loud and opinionated, so I can see some insecure guy taking offense to what she says.”

A second source said that Guerra often speaks without thinking and “says whatever comes to mind.”

Repeated attempts to reach Guerra were not returned. Falcon declined to speak to the Daily News when approached Saturday.

Falcon’s instagram page depicts a man of faith who often posts religious and uplifting memes like “Respond intelligently, even to unintelligent treatment,” and “Anyone can find dirt on someone. Be the one that finds the gold.”

In April, he posted a photo of himself holding up a book titled, “Jesus Loves Porn Stars.”

“I'm pretty sure this book is a green light straight to hell so I'll pass,” Falcon wrote. “I wanna stay on the Lord's good side.”
