Take Off Pounds Sensibly, Watertown Chapter No. 1054, will meet Tuesday at Dycora Transitional Health, 121 Hospital Drive. Men and teenagers are welcome.

Weigh-in begins at 5:15 p.m., with the meeting running from 5:45-6:30 p.m.

holds GriefShare

Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home, 213 S. Fifth St., will hold GriefShare Tuesday from 6-8 p.m.

The group will take some time off after this meeting and start up again March 6, 2018.

GriefShare is for anyone who has lost a loved one or would like to learn how to help people who have experienced loss. Attendees will be viewing the updated version of GriefShare.

GriefShare is sponsored by Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home and Watertown Community Church. The program is Bible-based. People are welcome to join in any time during the 13-week program.

Meal of Hope to be

served at center

Christian Life Family Church will host a free Meal of Hope Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Watertown Senior Center.

The free meal is open to people of all ages and is held every third Tuesday of the month.

Blood pressure clinic

The Watertown Senior and Community Center will have a free, walk-in blood pressure clinic Wednesday from 9-11 a.m. There is no fee.

Chair massages at

Jude Christensen of Gentle Journey Healing Arts will be at the Watertown Senior and Community Center Thursday from 1-3 p.m. for chair massages.

Chair massage is a brief, stress-reducing massage given in a supportive and portable chair. Cost is $20 for 15 minutes and $40 for 30 minutes.

The Watertown Senior and Community Center will be closed Friday and Monday, Dec. 25, for Christmas. All senior center programming will be canceled.

The senior dining meal site will be open Friday and closed Dec. 25.

Tuesday -- A.A. at 7 p.m.

Wednesday -- A.A. at 7 a.m. & women's meeting 7 p.m.

Thursday -- A.A. at 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.; last Thursday of the month is an open speaker meeting; Al-Anon, 6:30 p.m.

Friday -- A.A. at 4 p.m.; A.A. at 7 p.m.
